We can send your order to any UK address along with your personal message.
Our chocolates are beautifully packaged, wrapped in sleeves of tissue,
finished with hand tied satin ribbons and securely packed in
tailor made boxes to ensure a perfect delivery every time.
And don’t forget ... all our chocolates can be delivered
free of charge throughout the UK by Royal Mail post.
We provide a free UK delivery service by Royal Mail for all your
orders for delivery within the UK.
Please note this service is not time specific.
If you require delivery within a specific time frame we recommend our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service.
Orders with a value greater than £20.00 will be sent by Recorded Delivery.
If sent by Recorded Delivery a signature will be required for delivery on this service.
If nobody is home to sign the postman will leave a card saying ‘we tried to deliver while you were out’. The recipient can either phone the number on the card to arrange redelivery or collect the item from their local sorting office.
Orders for more than one item may be sent in separate packages.
On occasion when appropriate we will use Business Post UK Mail for delivery instead.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service
In addition we offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service for only £4.50 and a Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Service for £8.00.
This cost is per item and will be sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service.
Your order must be received by us by 2.00pm for it to be sent out the same day for delivery the next day before 2.00pm. If delivery is to the Islands ( ie Jersey ) delivery may not be before 2.00pm.
If your order is placed after 2.00 pm it will be sent out on the following day by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service.
A signature will be required on delivery.

It is the senders responsibility to establish if the gift has been delivered on the day requested. We do not monitor delivery. If for any reason your gift has not been delivered please inform us immediately and we will track your delivery for you and try to reunite your recipient with your gift as quickly as possible. It sometimes happens that the recipient does not respond to the while you were out card - or indeed does not receive the while you were out card. We can still arrange a redelivery or for the recipient to collect from their local post office but can only do so if advised of the non delivery by the sender or the recipient. If the item is not collected within one week Royal Mail will return your package to us. We will then offer to resend by Royal Mail at no additional charge to either the sender or the intended recipient. We will not offer a refund or a replacement in this instance as the item cannot be resold and the delivery failure is beyond our control.
We do not despatch orders over the weekend. Orders placed between 2.00pm on Friday and 2.00pm Monday
will be sent out on the Monday. So if you place a Guaranteed Next Day delivery order on Friday after 2.00pm
it will be sent out on the following Monday for delivery before 2.00pm the next day.
If you have placed your order before 4.00pm and would still like it to be despatched on the same day please let us know and we will do our very best!
We deliver to Europe for £8.00 and the rest of the world for £12.00.
Our deliveries abroad are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for Service.
Please note that this service is not time specific.
Royal Mail will get your package to the destination country by the fastest routé possible – often within 24 hours.
It is then processed by the local postal service for delivery to the final destination.
The speed of delivery depends on the efficiency of the destination country’s delivery service.
This service only provides delivery confirmation where recipient country’s postal service has this facility.
On occasion packages will be delayed by the receiving country’s customs services. This is beyond our control.
Please ensure that the weather in the country we are delivering to is cool enough for our chocolates to survive the journey! Like any chocolates they will be damaged by exposure to temperatures above 25C. We will not be liable for damage incurred due to exposure to heat in hot climates during delivery.
