Dark chocolate is defined by the characteristics of its cocoa content and the higher the percentage of cocoa, the darker, richer and more aromatic, the chocolate. At Amelie, our experience tells us that the finest dark chocolates should ideally have a minimum cocoa content of 50% and we never settle for anything less!
