Liqueurs in Dark Belgian Chocolates
This assortment of 21 rich dark chocolate coated pearls are filled with pure Cognac, Amaretto, Cointreau, Rum and Whisky - unlike most liqueurs sold in the UK these are filled with real spirits - not concentrate.
Coated with rich dark Belgian Callebaut chocolate these liqueurs are handmade in a little factory run by husband and wife team Dirk and Mieke. Dirk trained with a specialist liqueur maker for several years before starting out on his own. When they first started making these liqueurs it was in the back of their own little chocolate shop in the village of Moen. They make their liqueurs using the same traditional technique pioneered in the early 1900's.
They taste wonderful - especially as a special indulgence with coffee after dinner.

Beautiful liqueur chocolates. I have ordered these for my Grandad's Birthday the last 3 years. They look top quality and taste fantastic. They make a lovely present.

Bought liquers from a Belgian based company last year, thinking that the chocolates would be exceptional. Thought I would give these liquers as gifts this year as I have bought from Amelie before. The service, presentation and variety of the chocolate liquers and the taste matches last year's purchase without having to worry about postage, delivery and quality.

Very smooth yet thin coating of dark chocolate over an extremely thin sugar coating filled with real booze make them never too fiery, perfectly crisp and chocolately without over-dark poor chocolate that refuses to go away (just a smooth chocolate that is perfectly smooth and in no way bitter) or a gritty sugar unpleasant sensation that other liqueurs have. By far the best liquer chocolates I've ever had. Highly recommended.
