‘GRAINS DE RAISINS’ are made from the finest Provencal grapes. The raisins are infused with Grand-Marnier, Cognac and Rum “eau-de-vie”, coated with fine almond paste and enrobed with exquisitely glossy chocolate.
The traditional 'MARION LAIT' are made with plump Provencal almonds which are roasted, caramelised with a secret recipe of cane sugar, herbs and vanilla, coated with dark chocolate and mocha and enrobed with finely powdered white chocolate.
The almonds in 'LAS CALADES' are also roasted, then enrobed with delicious soft nougat cream of montelimar and coated with milk and marbled white chocolate.
And finally, Doucet’s ‘LES CAFE DE PROVENCE’ are quite simply, unique. Droplets of dark chocolate are double coated with a praline of dark chocolate, milk and an infusion of rich French coffee. Delicious, intense and a moreish hit!
